Man Cuffed by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby
We wrap up this wonderful series with Meg, Sadie’s sister. Having left Atlanta broken hearted and frustrated with her career, Meg finds herself back in Michigan – the last place she thought she would be. Determined to have a fresh start, she takes on a job as a bar wench so she can pay the bills and move out of her sister’s apartment (she could only take so much of the new happy couple). Dealing with a rowdy bachelorette party, Meg is relieved with the strippers show up and offers to get the party started. Being the talented actress she is, she steps into the role of a hype woman and excites the crowd, only to have it come to a halt when she can’t seem to tear off the police officer’s uniform. The REAL police officer’s uniform! Hey – it’s not her fault Officer McHottie looked like he could be a stripper! Adding yet another screw up to her long list of woes, Meg decides to focus on auditions – well tries to but her neighbor has a tendency to put on one heck of a vocal show each night with his lady friends. Fantasies aside – Meg has to land her next role or finally move on from her dream. Read the rest of my review in the Romantic Comedy Book Club Facebook Group or on romcombc.com.
