Fantastic hot sauce that you can use on almost anything - I’ve added it to stir-fries, used it as a dipping sauce for vegetables, or even as a sandwich spread. It’s spicy and tangy (kind of like kimchi), and pretty easy to find at Whole Foods and other grocery stores.

Oat bran is better than traditional oatmeal in basically every way. It contains more protein, more vitamins and minerals, more antioxidants, fewer calories, and more fiber, particularly beta glucan.

Daikon radish sprouts contained 423 mg/kg of spermidine, which place them right up there at the top among the best sources in the diet. Just stick them in a mason jar with a mesh lid at an angle and rinse them 3-4x daily, and you’ll have beautiful sprouts before the end of the week.

This is one of the best store-bought dressings you could possibly get. It’s a very simple product, made from apple cider vinegar and 100% avocado oil (no other oils mixed in), with some mustard and spices added in.
