<p><strong>Dr. Nate&rsquo;s Thoughts:&nbsp; We have had a rebounder since 2019 and it is still working great! I am an ultra-marathon runner and I use this frequently for training especially when I need a low-impact day or I just don&rsquo;t want to train in the cold snow or ice.&nbsp; Ten min jumping on the rebounder is said to be the equivalent of 40 min of running. </strong></p>

Don&rsquo;t cheap out and get the $50 coiled spring version, not worth it.&nbsp; This is a middle-of-the-road rebounder that has worked fantastically for us! However; if money is no concern and you want the top-end rebounder I recommend the bellicon rebounder which can be purchased for about $1,198 (base price, it goes up from there!).&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Dr. Nate&rsquo;s Thoughts: Inversion is something we recommend to most of our patients. This is a great way to decompress the whole spine, allowing fluid and nutrients to rehydrate the spinal discs (cushions between the joints). When standing we put about 100 lb/square inch on the spinal discs. Sitting causes 300 lb/square inch. Most people sit for long periods during the day which compresses the discs, which leads to nerve compression and pain.</strong></p>

The Pettibon Cervical Neck Traction unit is a simple product that can be easily placed on your door at home. I have mine mounted to the walk at work. </strong></p>

<p><strong>When first starting, I recommended starting with no more than 10 reps 1x/day for the first week,&nbsp; then slowly working your way up to 60 reps/day. Going to quickly can create some discomfort. 1 Repetition = a slight bend in the knees for 1-2 sec which gives a gentle stretch in the neck and upper back. I will often feel the stretch all the way down the spine and occasionally get some audible back release in the spine which feels great. </strong></p>
