TK Maxx offers two types of delivery policies with the third option of click and collect also available for those who do not wish to spend money on delivery and handling charges. Standard delivery for all items that have a total cart value of less than £75 comes in at £3.99 with free delivery available for all orders with more than £75 cart value. All ordered items that qualify the basic criteria for returns by TK Maxx are eligible for returns if they are sent back within 28 days of product delivery. Returns that are made to the store are free of any hidden charges. However, returns that are being sent back by post, will have a postage fee, based on the location to where it is returned. Please note that items like perishable food, customized goods, and items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons like jewellery worn in a piercing are not eligible for returns. Original dispatch note to a TK Maxx store is mandatory for all returns. The products being returned should also be unused merchandise in its original condition, that has all its tags attached.
