This is what I use while seed starting to give nutrients to the seedlings.&nbsp;

Start using liquid fertilizers no sooner than after the 1st week after seed germination. Use 1/4 strength (or less) diluted with water typically after 1-2 wks.&nbsp;

These is a great worm castings that we mix in when you are up potting your plants.&nbsp;

You can buy an expensive growlight setup or make your own. Usually you can buy regular shop lights for 1/2 the price and they do just as good as the expensive grow light setups :)&nbsp;

MAKE SURE TO:&nbsp;
1. Kelvin: For seed starting should be 5,000- 6,500 Kelvin (this is the collor)&nbsp;
&nbsp;
2. Lumins: Light intensity (or Lumins) ideally should be 2,100 Lumens or higher. The more intense (higher the number) the farther away from you seedlings you can place the lights.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
I used 2 of these lights per shelf (https://www.shopper.com/p/8k8p/r) for a total of 8 shelfing unit. They have worked fantastic!&nbsp;

When starting seeds indoors you will need to keep the light on a timer to mimick outdoor light. The 1st 3 days after germination are the most crital for light. I keep light on 16 to 24 hrs the first 2-3 days after germination, then decrease in 4 hr increments to about 10-12 hrs of light.&nbsp;

Having an outlet timer is a huge time saver!&nbsp;
