Please note that any items that are marked as not eligible for a return like swimwear, intimate apparel, personalized items, food, makeup, furniture, heavy/bulky items, electronics, and luxury goods are not accepted back as returns. To determine a product's return eligibility, you need to check the item's product details page or the My Orders page. For single-item returns, the fee is $4.95. For returns of two to five items, the total fee is $8.95. An additional $8.95 will be deducted if you make a return of six items or more, continuing in increments of five.
