Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of confirmation, and the cut-off time to be dispatched is 11:00 AM. ThriftBooks only accepts returns and refunds for books that are received as incorrect items or as products with damages. All returns are required to be initiated within at least 30 days of delivery date and should be sent back within 90 days of receiving the order. Please note that orders that are shipped can not be canceled or altered. Returns of damaged and incorrect items are returned for free. However, all other returns will have a restocking fee applied to them. Returns that are not due to errors from ThriftBooks' side may be subject to a restocking fee of $2.00 per item sent by Standard Shipping, or $5.00 per item sent by Express Shipping. The restocking fee for Canada and UK orders is $5.00, and $7.00 for the rest of the world.
