Macy's Promo Codes: October 2026

Macy's is a leading retail chain in the United States. Founded in 1857, the company operates 2,400 stores across 45 states. Macy's flagship store is located in New York City. Macy's also operates Bloomingdale's division, which specializes in high-end clothing and accessories. Macy's is known for its unique brand features, such as its trademark red chevron logo and the "M" symbol that appears on all products.

Macy's also offers a mobile app on both Android and iOS platforms that lets users navigate through the hundreds of products at ease and place orders from around the world. Today, the e-commerce retail department store chain also offers international shipping to more than 200 countries which has made them a popular choice for shopping from department stores.

Macy's has a dedicated shipping policy and currently ships products to more than 200 locations across the world. Thanks to their tie-up with the leading e-commerce delivery platform Borderfree, all international orders are delivered without any additional hidden charges. You will receive the total payable amount including shipping charges when you proceed to checkout. All orders placed within the US will have free shipping available if the total cart value of products purchased is more than $25. Standard deliveries usually take anywhere from 3-6 business days (excluding holidays) to get delivered. For faster deliveries, you can opt to go for the Premium and Express shipping facilities which are both, however, more expensive than the standard shipping option. International orders can take longer durations to reach the user, but you can track all international orders through the tracking facility offered on Macy's.

Macy's accepts returns of all products you are not completely satisfied with. However, you are supposed to initiate the returns within 90 days of purchase to avail of the free returns facility. Certain items are marked as final sale or non-returnable that cannot be accepted back as returns though. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable for all returns and all items must be in their original, saleable condition with original tags. As a bonus, all new or gently used cosmetic or fragrance products that are purchased at Macy's that do not meet your needs will be accepted back as returns. Please note that there are select products that have a different or shorter return window, contrary to the 90-day return window, applicable for most products.
