If you place an order between Monday and Friday, before 2 PM, you are likely to receive it by the next business day. All orders are delivered through Australia Post and DHL with tracking capabilities and email links to track the order provided on dispatch. The platform also offers discreet delivery by choosing the Authority to Leave facility, along with the standard delivery option. For standard orders that have a cart value less than AU$59, a delivery charge of $9.99 will be applicable. All orders that are AU$59 or above will have free delivery available.

Wild Secrets has a dedicated return policy but stringent restrictions for all returns to be accepted due to the nature of their products. If a purchased garment is faulty, the platform offers a 90-day replacement policy on all lingerie and sleepwear. The online retailer will also accept products that have a poor fit. However, hosiery and bodystockings will not be accepted under any condition. To qualify for returns, all products are also supposed to have their original undamaged packaging, and tags must be intact and attached to the garment. Apart from trying on for size, the product should not have been used/worn, damaged/soiled or altered in any way. Refunds will be processed in the same way as they are purchased.
