Sport Chek has a dedicated shipping policy with three options that include home delivery, curbside pickup and in-store pick up (from stores that offer the facility). For home deliveries, most of the orders are dispatched from the Sport Chek facility to the homes of customers within a maximum of seven business days. If your order has a total cart value of $99 or more, you are also eligible for free shipping. However, for all orders that have a cart value that is less than $99, you will have to pay the shipping and handling charges based on location, product content, size and weight. All orders also come with a tracking facility. You can access the tracker through an email that is sent to the email address you enter during checkout.

Sport Chek accepts returns of all products that are returned within the required window for returns to be accepted. For online orders, the return window is 30 days, and for in-store returns, it is 45 days from the date of your receipt/e-receipt. However, if the store you intend to return is closed, you get an extension of another 45 days to complete your returns. Items need to be in an unused/unworn condition with the original packaging, all paperwork, parts, and accessories for credit intact. All returns will be made in the same mode which was used for payment. Please note that items sold as a final sale are not eligible for a refund. These include products like clearance, electronics, products associated with hygiene and public safety like underwear, masks, swimwear etc., nutritional food products, tickets, passes, and jumpstart donations.
