Puma accepts all returns of all products that are sent back within 30 days of your order being delivered. However, to return the products, they must be in an unused condition with their tags attached and packaging intact. Due to hygienic constraints, products like face masks, socks and bodywear products are not applicable for return. Replacement against exchange requests depends on the availability of the accessories.
