Notion is my digital brain and stores countless things like health trackers, meeting notes, online course outlines, brainstorming notes, blog schedules, social media plans, and so much more! It's like Trello, Evernote, and Asana combined into one amazing interface/app! I love that there's an app for the Mac, iPad, and iPhone. The best part? It's absolutely free to use!

I've been creating blogs and professional websites on the Squarespace platform since 2013. I love how Squarespace makes it incredibly simple, easy, and seamless to focus on content creation. When I was using Wordpress, I spent so much time updating plug-ins and making sure the system updates didn't break my website.

With Squarespace, you can have a brand new blog ready to go in an hour. You can add your brand colors and fonts and it will auto-populate various color combinations for website pages. Now, instead of spending time fixing the backend part of my website, I get to spend time creating content for my website visitors.

Canva is a must-have tool for content creators looking to monetize their blogs by creating digital products. Canva's pre-made templates make it possible for bloggers to create and launch products within just a couple of hours. I am on the paid plan, especially since I also use Canva for multiple creative businesses.

I invested in ThriveCart's Lifetime Account and have never looked back. With ThriveCart, you can maximize the sales of your digital products, memberships, or online courses by adding upsells to the product/membership you're selling.

If you share affiliate links from Amazon and countless other brands, you can use Shopper to organize your affiliate links. Unlike Amazon's storefront, you can rate the products and write your descriptions or reviews to help your followers make an informed decision about the products/courses/resources you share.

You can create different collections and even make each collection and product description SEO-optimized. Also, since Shopper's Chrome plug-in was launched, I've been able to easily add products from various websites to my collections.

You can&nbsp;put all your sales and marketing content on your mobile keyboard. Then, you can create a custom board with texts, images, videos, PDFs, links, and more on the Boards app, and easily access it through your keyboard!

Just like you have keyboards for stickers and GIFs, you can now have one for content! I use my Boards app for my frequently-used Instagram hashtags, FAQ's, initial DM messages for new Instagram subscribers, workflows, and links to all my freebie landing pages. You can access the content you need by switching keyboards on your device and clicking on the one you'd like to share or use.

Gone are the days of opening multiple apps searching for content in different places, and copying and pasting over and over again.
