1) We have some public templates in the real estate category. They are only examples of different real estate checklists and agreements that you can save to your templates' library and adapt to your use case.

2) Also, we have great news for DocuSign users since we are now working in an integration with them! We'll keep you posted!

3) We are currently offering on-demand subscriptions of at least 50 signed documents at €1/document (regardless of the number of people signing each document) with us. Signature credits have one year expiration period.

Also note that you can give this feature a try by enabling the test eSignature in any of your templates (note that it won't be legally binding).

Q: Cname is included for tier 3.

But email generated still says parallel.
I am still using agiled another appsumo deal. It has cname, contract, esign, smtp etc.
I liked your ease of use and templates list but cannot do a switch unless there is smtp.

Will it be included with tier 3 and how long?
We cannot call it white label unless its white label from all corners.

We are considering removing some references to Parallel in the email. However, please note that we are not a “white label” platform. We love that our users can customize their organization (with their logo, colors, font, and email addresses), but in some places, it can appear the word Parallel.

Q: Hi, I'm searching for a software, where I can do a GDPR evaluation, meaning, I will look at the website of a ...

client and then fill out a form, that will generate a document with the result. Can I use your software for that?

I want to create a document for every client I have based on the form. The form should have select options, that will have an impact on further questions, that will be asked. For example I have a question:
Does the client use Google Analytics?
- Yes
- No

If I select Yes, the next question will be
Do they have an agreement with Google?
- Yes
- No

Somewhat of a conditional question form.
Does your software support something like that?

Yes, with Parallel you can do what you list in your question.

You can build a template form with conditional questions (https://help.onparallel.com/en/articles/6076369-what-is-conditional-logic-how-can-i-add-conditional-questions-in-my-parallels). You can send it to each of your clients and obtain a PDF with the answers once they have completed it.

Q: Hi, I have several questions.

Once a client completes a form (for example an NDA) with all of their information (e.g., name, address, phone number, company name, etc.), would I as the admin be able to use that same information to generate new forms in the future without having to retype the information? Does a client have the ability to upload documents to a separate portal (client project) that I set up for them? If I have 10 users, can I restrict which users have access to each portal (client project)? Thanks.

1. To prefill the information of another form/contract with that of a previous one, which has already been completed, without having to retype it, you can build an integration between different parallels with Zapier.

2. Yes, you can create a template with file upload fields and send it to your client. He/she will access to a client portal to upload documents.

3. Yes, you can choose which users see each process. In this article, we explain different options to configure who has access to each process: https://help.onparallel.com/en/articles/6167270-work-with-your-colleagues-in-parallel. You can also restrict the actions they can do within the platform:
